Director of Operations
Before entering into the culinary profession, Shannon worked in the environmental engineering field. After a few years, she realized that her real passion lay in the food industry and quickly pursued a Culinary Degree from The Colorado Institute of Art - graduating in 1999.
Her experience includes: line cook/expeditor and banquet chef at Panzano; Commissary Manager at Tony Rosacci's Fine Catering, Assistant General Manager at Paradise Bakery, General Manager and then District Manager at Panera Bread. She has just returned to Tony Rosacci's Fine Catering as Director of Operations.
Shannon is a great asset to our staff. Her vast experience includes menu creation, implementation and management.
