Lindsey was born in the great state of Texas. She grew up in Austin and attended Texas Tech University with a major in Restaurant/Hotel and Institutional Management. After graduation, she and her now husband decided it was time to relocate to the beautiful city of Denver.

Lindsey worked with Centerplate at the Colorado Convention Center and Denver Performing Arts Complex for 5 years. Her love of event planning took her to Tony Rosacci’s Fine Catering. Her passion for people and attention to detail has been a great match for social catering. Lindsey looks forward to the path in which this company will take her.

She became a member of NACE in early 2008. While serving on the membership committee, she became heavily involved with the association and connected with many industry professionals who shared her passion for the business.
