This led Ben to enroll at The Art Institute of Colorado in Denver. While in the culinary program, Ben worked at Glenmoor Country Club, California Café at Park Meadows, and Papillon in Cherry Creek. Upon graduating from AI, he began working in the catering industry. He started as a sous chef at Three Tomatoes Catering, and then took over as Executive Chef after two years. Subsequently, he has held Executive Chef and Director of Operations positions at Whirled Peas Catering. Most recently, Ben launched Krave Colorado Catering with two partners.
