President, Tony Rosacci's Fine Catering
Since she was 18, Avie has worked with her family in one way or another at Tony's Market. In 1978, she began in the meat department and moved through the company doing a variety of jobs - including running the seafood department, baking and even doing the daily accounting. Through her efforts, she learned alot about the meat and specialty food business from the inside out.
Combining all of her experiences, she expanded into full service catering, decor and event production. By appointing the perfect catering and event specialsts, chefs and servers to your event, she hopes to not only meet, but exceed your expectations! She keeps this in mind with every decision she makes.
