Our Catering Service
We specialize in top-notch, beautifully decorated buffets and our decorators are second to none. Our plated dinners are beautifully designed and professionally served. Our captains, servers and bartenders are professionally uniformed and trained for great customer service. We also offer drop-off catering and box lunches..
Additional Fees
Additional fees will apply for extended decoration of buffet tables. However, we will decorate in an attractive and appropriate manner to each party theme. If the client is requesting something more, we will bid that separately through our full service floral or d écor division. We can provide tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, silverware, glasses, flowers etc. at an additional charge. We will provide all necessary service equipment.
Event & Wedding Planning
Our Event Specialists have a great deal of experience in catering as well as, assisting you in planning your special event. We will assist in theme, floral, room décor and logistics. From venue selection at the beginning to managing the details on your big day, we'll be there for you, every step of the way. If your event requires an outside event planner or wedding planner, give us a call and we will refer you to a quality event or wedding planner.
Liquor Policy
Tony Rosacci's Fine Catering will supply TIPS certified bartenders as needed. State law does allow us to collect cash at a cash bar. We can serve liquor purchased from any liquor store you wish to purchase from. It is illegal for us to purchase or transport alcohol for you.
Hours of Operation
Our office is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. We do not offer service on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. We can be reached at 303-662-9353.
Billing
Upon completion of credit application, we are glad to bill any qualifying business on a 15-day term. We leave an invoice onsite upon delivery and mail statements monthly. We also accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover, as well as cash or checks. All full-service events must be held with a 25% non-refundable deposit and must be paid in full 72 hours before the event.
Insurance Policy
A certificate of insurance complete with liquor liability will be provided to any event center or client who requires one.
Non-Profit Discount
Tony Rosacci ’s Fine Catering is happy to work with non-profits and is willing to discount on a case by case basis. Many factors must be considered (date of event, location of event, etc.) prior to the offering of a discount. Please seek assistance from one of our event planners for information.
