Chef Attended Action Stations

A twist to the normal buffet...our action stations feature at least one chef or more to assist with your selections. Choose the items you want and our chefs will custom-cook them to your liking! Our action stations can range from simple to elegant -- depending on the event being catered. Ask one of our Event Specialists for assistance in choosing the right combination of appetizers to suit your needs.

Shrimp Scampi Action Station
Fresh shrimp in garlic herb butter sauce sautéed with linguine

Orzo Action Station
A twist on the traditional. Creamy saffron orzo finished in alfredo sauce with tender asparagus, sundried tomatoes and chives.

Wild Rice Risotto Action Station
A new American rendition featuring hearty wild rice, corn, red peppers and scallions in a creamy sauce and finished with Asiago cheese.

Panini Sandwiches Action Station
Club panini, Italian panini, Red Bird Farms natural grilled chicken panini, and vegetarian panini pressed to order.

Martini Salad Station Action Station
Choose from chopped romaine or Asian salad. Combined and shaken (not stirred!) in a martini shaker and served “up” in a martini glass.

Caribbean Mash Potato Bar
Yucca, sweet boniato mash, Yukon gold potatoes. Accompanied with picadillo sauce, roasted corn, sautéed mushrooms, carmelized onions, black bean crema, diced tomatoes, queso blanco and shredded cheese.

Mashed Potato Bar
Creamy whipped potatoes served with toppers that include country gravy, butter, cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon, green onion, salt and pepper.

Slider Action Station
Hand formed extra lean aged beef burgers, petite brioche bun, carmelized vidalia onions, cornichon pickles, aged white cheddar, sweet tomato relish, and stone ground mustard.

Four Corners Dipping Station
Taro root chips, tri-colored tortilla chips, pita crisps and Yukon gold chips served with black bean mango salsa, peach salsa, pico de gallo and guacamole.

Potato Latke Bar
Traditional potato latke, sweet potato latke, zucchini and potato latke. Served with sour cream, apple sauce, cinnamon creme fraiche, Tzatzki dip, apple pear sauce and roasted tomato dip.

Kid's Pasta Station
Fusilli and penne pasta with marinara sauce, three cheese sauce and alfredo sauce.
